December Meeting!
I am proposing for Decembers meeting… for it to be just our Chirstmas party!! No books just good conversations and food! I’d be more than happy to host. I we think we should ask our book clubbers of past, present and future (and even our significant others) to join us for the party. What do you think? Maybe December 14th @ 7pm?

Mary Todd Lincoln Discussion
I don’t know about all of you but I was sadly disapointed with this book. It was not what I expected at all. I felt it was more of a reference book since everything was written like “in Mary Todd’s time” bla bla bla. And when it got into the accounts of her life I felt it was glossed over to get back to the “story” of life during the time of Mary Todd Lincoln.

I figure we’ll just make due this friday the 26th at Annie’s. How does that sound to everyone? Those that blog for the meeting, try to blog so we can print it out for the meeting if that’s ok. How does that sound to everyone?

October Meeting
We didn’t set a date for October. Why don’t we start throwing dates out to see what works for everyone. I will not be able to host for October. My Fridays and Saturdays are open right now.
